  • Manage all daily aspects of the property.

  • Accounting to include monthly reporting, profit and loss statements, budgeting, CAM computation and annual reconciliation, check deposits and general banking practices.
  • Leasing activities. (Through our Brokerage division.)
  • Initiate and oversee real estate tax bill appeals.
  • Preventative maintenance implementation and replacement reserves calculation.
  • Interface with attorney and accountants for tax and lease preparation.
  • Procurement of insurance and other services – we shop for competitive rates!
  • Interview, hire and supervise any contractors involved with the property.
  • Full marketing services to include internet listings, e-mail campaigns, brochures, etc.
  • Construction management & build-out analysis.
